Actually, before, I brushed my teeth too hard in 2018, resulting in bleeding and gum loss around the top of my back teeth. I don't want cavities, gingivitis, or periodontal disease. I will only use it for teeth whitening, which is something consumers pay a lot for anyway, whether with treatments, dental strips, etc. It also requires the use of too much toothpaste, so that does add up. I don't feel like the sonic vibrations are doing much of anything, unless I'm somehow using it incorrectly, which I doubt. Yet, the actual teeth brushing seems to fail significantly. I will say that I think the blue light does whiten one's teeth, once used many times, based on the video testimonials and based on the science behind it. I bought this at a discount, or about half the original price. I deeply regret even considering making a purchase from this company. This feels very dishonest and scam-like to me. Unfortunately, I needed that money to be available now. Now I’m down over $150 which I apparently can’t get back without waiting for the product to arrive, then sending it back. I was informed by PayPal that because I entered my PayPal information, I authorized the transaction.However, I did not actually complete or confirm the transaction. They went ahead and charged my PayPal account anyway. Realizing I may not be able to actually afford this purchase at this time, I erased as much information as I could, and backed out of the purchase without confirming it. Before I confirmed the transaction, I received a phone call regarding an issue which affected my personal finances. I went to the website, put in some of my information, and signed into my PayPal account. They took my money from an incomplete transaction Aside from Covid, would they have resold the used item to another client? WOW! I don't accept this policy! I've been scammed!!!! Furthermore, because of Covid FYI if you open the box, you cannot return it. I see alot of patients with varying degrees of oral hygiene tolerances.believe me.this product is terrible and should you think it is doing a good job.I would question your dental hygiene I.Q.

I had to use a traditional handheld toothbrush with water to remove that plaque and have it feel smooth. Aside from these observations, my teeth felt unclean.rough lingual surfaces felt by my tongue. This is why the instructions ask tht you rotate the device side-to-side to 'Attempt' to clean these areas. The arch length extends two inches back, otherwise it may gag the user, but it does not extend behind the distal (back) surfaces of the last teeth in the arches, nor does it have brush-like extensions in those areas. The tiny brush-like extensions extend less than 1/4 inch from the incisal/occlusal surface toward the gumline and do not reach the gingival crest to properly clean. I am a dental assistant who has worked for a number of specialties (perio, general, pedo, prostodontics) for over 47years. However I'm unable to use it because I hv No alternative power source to charge it with. The Brush Unit itself is Wonderful & I Really like its Performance. If there's a shred of Integrity within them?. They should gladly replace & send me a New Docking Station at No Charge or Shipping. being that this should be & is in my book a warranty issue. Waiting to here back from Company Rep as what they plan to do with My situation?!. which from my observation is Very Poorly Constructed (China). I was able to dismantle the Base of the Docking Station & there it was broken off in the bottom. I reported problem to Customer Service who then asked for an illustrated picture of said issue 🙄.

Shortly after purchasing My Myst Brushing Unit the Docking Station to Charge Unit point of contact for charge plug receptical became dislodged inside the unit & I was unable to connect the power cord to the unit to charge.
